Treks

Guided Two Hour Trek
Recommended for the inexperienced rider, an easy and enjoyable ride. Depart from Flagstaff Station and ride along the Mataura River - world famous for Brown Trout. Keep alert and you may see the fish rising!

Guided Three Hour Trek
Departing form Flagstaff Station, we wind uphill to enjoy stunning views of the Eyre Mountains at what seems close range! You'll be amazed at what a great view we have in a relatively short space of time. Discover the real NZ as we wind our way through the sights and sounds of a working farm.

Guided All Day Trek
All day - recommended for those with developed riding muscles. We depart from Flagstaff Station and ride over rolling hill country, enjoying stunning panoramic views of the Garvie and Eyre Mountains. Descend into the valley to explore the flats of the Mataura River. A delicious picnic lunch is provided en route.
